Information we collect
When you join our email list, we collect the email address you provide. We don't currently take orders or payment through this site, so we don't collect payment card details, delivery addresses, or order history here.
How we use it
We use your email address to send you the updates you signed up for, things like new locations, menu drops, and heat level specials. We do not sell your email address to third parties, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Every email we send includes a single click unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to remove you at any time by emailing hello@wokfast.com.
Third parties who process data on our behalf
- Web3Forms: the service that delivers list signups to our inbox. Web3Forms processes the data you submit only to route it to us and does not use it for its own purposes.
- Google Fonts: this site loads typefaces from Google's font servers so pages display correctly. As part of that request, your browser sends your IP address to Google. No cookie is set by this request.
- Google Analytics: used, only if you accept the cookie banner on this site, to understand in aggregate how visitors use the site. If you reject or ignore the cookie banner, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google Analytics.

How long we keep your data
We keep your email address on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, after which it's removed from active use within a reasonable period.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act) to know what personal information we hold about you, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale or sharing.
